в настройках адаптера t38 разрешен,провайдер поддерживает (с оговоркой что "желательно поставить с избыточностью = 3",где это не знаю :(.., в в sip show peer везде "t38pt_udptl=yes"
не понимаю куда копать....

Не факт, что ваша версия Астериска поддерживает t38pt_udptl=yes.
А написать в sip_general_custom.conf можно что угодно, например
libtelepathy=yes
fax_over_pigeonmail=allways
конф всё стерпит.
Не забудьте обновить версию - http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/releases/libtelepathy/

Копать (всегда) в сторону дебага.

Telepathy project aims to provide a unified framework for all forms of real time conversations, including instant messaging, IRC, voice calls and video calls. Connection Managers
· Gabble: a Jabber/XMPP connection manager, this handles single and multi user chats and voice/video calls. Darcs Repository.
· Telepathy-Butterfly: (previously known as Telepathy-MSN) An MSN connection manager that handles presence, personal messages, and conversations. Releases and Bzr repository. (this requires pymsn and TelepathyPython).
· Telepathy-Wilde: An Oscar connection manager, this handles single direct messaging, presence, conversations and simple buddy list (add/remove). Audio calling is coming RSN. Darcs Repository.
· Idle: A full-featured IRC connection manager. Sourceforge project
· Telepathy-SIP: Based around the sofia-sip library, should be released by Nokia soon..

эта одна из первых мыслей что пришла, проверил, /etc/init.d/iptables stop
SE тоже отключен,
package libtelepathy is not installed, буду в выходные ставить,единственное что смущает,
что по умолчанию она не ставиться,а факсы в 2,8 обещали из коробки %(

А факсы в 2,8 работают из коробки как тик-так.
Но есть хитрость :)
Вы не изменили сервисный код 666? Если нет - наберите диавольское число Зверя (у, сотона!), если изменили - надо набрать тот код, на который изменили.
Цель - услышать писк системного факса.
Смотреть в CLI.

да я тоже решил что шутка,но "http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/wiki/" меня убедил, )) а проблема решилась включением
CNG на адаптере...

Может всё таки выключением CNG?

может это проблемы оператора,но именно включением....
