пытаюсь заставить работать такую схему:
h323 device1 -> asterisk (chan_h323) -> h323 device2

astersik пишет, что канал занят на device2 и звонок уходит в e1. при этом схема:
h323 device1 -> asterisk -> sip device
работает отлично.

Уточните, у вас h323, oh323 или ooh323?
Не все работают одинаково.
В ooh323 конфиге внятно прописаны примеры

Ну а какие проблемы-то? Работает такая схема.

я же написал: chan_h323 :)
не хочет такая схема у меня работать.
решилось все установкой yate для работы с h323.
