ИМХО данная версия OH323 не совместима с данной версией астериска. у меня было тоже самое. Поставил самую последнюю версию всего, после этого заработало.

причина конечно в этом:
chan_oh323.c:37:34: asterisk/channel_pvt.h: No such file or directory

но вот channel_pvt.h отсутствует в версии 1.2.1
чо с ним стало - хз. чтото исправили\переименовали :)

"все последнее" это не аст1.2.1 а аст из CVS(SVN).

mne ne hochetsea staviti asterisk snachala (eto uje novii ghimaroi, nu eto kak bi krainii variant), prosche bila bi naiti oh323 versiyu sovmestimuiu s ast 1.2.1. iskal po netu' i nichevo horoshevo ni nashol.
