Ситуация такова(пробовал и с 0.6.5(Stable) и 0.7.1(CVS HEAD))
В них вроде решили проблему с deadlock'ами... думал будет все прекрасно... ан-нет :(
Когда звоню(исходящий): гудок проходит, там телефон звонит, трубку снимают... и тишина,
а я звоню как ни в чем нибывало, как будто трубку не берут...
Кто-нибудь сталкивался?

Попробуй убрать faststart на самих устройствах, а на астериске оставь.

При отключении faststart на устройстве, * вообще отказывается звонить.
Перебор выставления других параметров результатов не дал.

h.245 Tunneling выключить на * и устройствах ...
У меня по крайней мере решилось ....

У тебя какой шлюз? У меня D-Link DG-102SH, я не нашел там отключения h.245tunneling.
И еще отловил на консоли шлюза вот такую мессагу:
"H.323 Master - No Incoming LC Request Received"
Никто не знает с чем это может быть связано?

Проблема решена путем обновления до последней прошивки шлюза с ftp-сервера компании D-Link.
