Собственно к * по SIP подключен софтфон, по h323 подключен InnoMedia ip videophone mta 3368. Звоню с МТА через * на софтфон - все прекрасно, звоню обратно с софтфона - МТА звонит, но при поднятии трубки канал валится.

в sip debug еще смотреть надо.
с большой вероятностью - несогласование кодеков.

Несогласование кодеков? А как тогда получается звонок с h.323 на SIP ?
